As a Hostess at The Chedi Hegra, you'll play a vital part in creating an exceptional guest experience. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, welcoming guests and ensuring their first impression is both warm and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and satisfaction.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation.
- Answer guest inquiries courteously, providing information about the venue and services.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Must have requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hostess or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant appearance with a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods gracefully.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
- Available for full onsite shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
