Job Description
The Food & Beverage Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that promote the hotel's restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and special culinary experiences. The role supports the development of innovative campaigns that enhance brand awareness, increase guest engagement, drive covers and revenue, and position the hotel's Food & Beverage offerings as market-leading dining destinations.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and operational teams, the Food & Beverage Marketing Executive develops promotional campaigns, coordinates partnerships, manages marketing collateral, monitors campaign performance, and identifies new opportunities to strengthen the hotel's Food & Beverage presence across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
A. Job Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, restaurant marketing, hospitality marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or premium dining environment.
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage trends, consumer behavior, social media marketing, event promotions, and campaign planning.
  • Experience in coordinating promotional campaigns, partnerships, and marketing activations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

B. Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Food & Beverage Marketing
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the hotel's restaurants, bars, lounges, spa dining experiences, and special culinary events.
  • Support the achievement of Food & Beverage revenue, cover, and profitability targets through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, themed dining experiences, product launches, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure promotions accurately reflect the guest experience and operational capabilities.
  • Develop promotional concepts that strengthen outlet positioning and enhance guest engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to increase outlet visibility and revenue.
2. Campaign Management
  • Develop and maintain the annual and monthly Food & Beverage promotional calendar.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across digital, social media, website, email marketing, and in-house communication channels.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule and in accordance with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support promotional photography, videography, and creative production.
3. Marketing Communications
  • Prepare marketing collateral including menus, promotional materials, advertisements, digital assets, and social media content.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage marketing communications remain consistent with the hotel's luxury brand identity.
  • Coordinate promotional messaging with the Marketing Department to maximize campaign visibility.
  • Support public relations activities relating to Food & Beverage promotions and events.
4. Partnerships & Business Development
  • Develop relationships with media partners, influencers, lifestyle brands, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate collaborations, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships that enhance brand exposure.
  • Support restaurant awards, culinary events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and external marketing partners.
5. Market Research & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor competitor activities, dining trends, guest preferences, and market developments.
  • Analyze campaign performance, guest feedback, and outlet performance data.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and future recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and increase Food & Beverage revenue.
6. Administration
  • Coordinate marketing schedules, campaign timelines, and promotional calendars.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing agreements, sponsorships, vendor contracts, and promotional documentation.
  • Prepare campaign briefs and ensure timely communication with operational departments.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets and promotional materials.
  • Attend departmental meetings and assist with administrative requirements.
7. Other Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Comply with all hotel policies relating to health, safety, hygiene, fire procedures, and confidentiality.
  • Attend training sessions, meetings, and hotel events as required.
  • Build positive working relationships across all hotel departments.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Director of Marketing or Director of Sales & Marketing.
